At Mist Pvt LTD, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and product integrity.

Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused
• It is in its original, sealed packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products without original packaging

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos as evidence

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
• Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless the item is faulty
